Trade-trained. Pennsylvania licensed. Jahn restoration system certified. Fifteen-plus years restoring brick, stone, and brownstone across Philadelphia rowhomes from South Philly to Manayunk. Same crew on every job. No subs, no surprises.
"Ours tells a story of restoring what makes Philadelphia look like Philadelphia. Brick, stone, brownstone, lime mortar, hand-tooled joints, carved lintels. The work that was done here in 1880 deserves to be done with the same care in 2026."
Pre-war Philadelphia rowhomes were built with soft brick and lime mortar that flex together as the building settles and the seasons change. The cheap fix, Portland cement on a soft historic wall, cracks the brick within a decade. The right fix, properly matched lime-based mortar with the right joint profile, lasts another 50 to 75 years.
We do the right fix. Every job, every time.
The crew that walks the property during your free inspection is the crew that does the work. No subs, no rotating teams, no surprise faces. Travis is on site for every project from start to finish.
We come out, take photos, listen to what you are seeing, and document the underlying cause. You get a written estimate within one business day with material specs, labor breakdown, timeline, and clear pricing. No sales pitch. No upsell on services you do not need.
Pennsylvania license PA186236 is current. General liability insurance and workers' comp are in place. We will email the COI to your insurance carrier on request before the first day on site.
Most of our work is in Philadelphia, but we travel into the surrounding counties for the right project. If you are in any of these areas, we likely already have a crew working nearby.
When you call, you get Travis. The owner and master mason walks your property, photographs the work, and writes the estimate.
